OUR PROFILE
Established in 1982, for several generations we have focused on providing our clients the best in property and business management services. The key may lie in our passion to find the best way to address the day to day issues that address our industry and establish a standard yet flexible process that meets all needs and expectations. We invest a tremendous amount of time up front in new clients. Therefore, what we are striving to achieve is a long term client relationship. We have successfully done this for many years. Most of our clients have chosen the Total Property Management Service, but we do offer lower levels of service for a smaller fee. We can also customize our services and level of services to meet any special needs that a client may have. Our office is staffed Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00 pm. We perform detailed applicant screening and thoroughly research tenant backgrounds. Along these lines, we also offer Property Management Consulting Services to help a client better manage his/her operation.
